Hmm - anyone feeling like writing a 500 word think piece?

"The emasculation of the modern day pooch is only exacerbated when the designer clothing is hot-pink."

Discuss with references.

Hey all!! Fee thanks for posting the pic of Joy! Yeah, you know how I feel about dressing the dog, but hopefully you can talk Justin out of that crazy idea.
Very cool bird - I've always wanted one to coo at me all day and tell me how pretty and special I am! LOL.

Oh wow, I just read back and saw Bogart - what a face!! I love cats with some personality. Does he sleep with you? My boy has been sick lately and choosing to sleep on the kitchen floor (no matter how many times I try to coax him into bed with treats he just won't budge).

No, and I never would. That shirt was a gift from one of her 'Uncles.'

Justin thinks she's a German Shepherd/Chow mix. She's a pound puppy, so they may never know for sure.

She's not a male. Justin said he sent me that picture because he thought I would like it. I have to admit, it makes me laugh but I alternate between 'aww, cute' and 'oh man that's stupid' I think the photo would have a great sense of irony if the puppy had a Paris Hilton doll in it's mouth...

He is more of the house cat, but as soon as my alarm goes off in the morning he is right there to see if I am getting up. One morning he came in my room while I was sleeping, got on my bed, I must have been in rim sleep, and he found my eyelid movement curious, because I woke up to him punching me IN MY EYE. I had a little oval bruise under my eye, he was a 15 pound cat at the time, he was only a few months old then, now he weighs about 20.

I am sorry you boy is sick, has he been to the vet yet?

He is a standard Tuxedo cat, but he is a very big guy. He a bit of a weight problem for awhile, he's getting back down, even slim he's a big guy.

Awesome! Yes, thanks for asking - my Paws has asthma and Diabetes. The asthma only really acts up in the summer due to the high humidity. His sugar levels are off so I'm taking him in to the vet this week for a glucose curve (all day event) to adjust his insulin dose (he gets a shot every twelve hours). He's about 22 lbs now and has never given me a black eye but used to chew my hair when I was sleeping - I would wake to see a chunk of hair on my pillow all the time.

You ought to see to what lengths they go in Japan to outfit pet dogs...the other day I saw a dog wearing SHOES. That's right, four tiny little canvas things, with LACES no less...(I'm serious).

I expect to see that think piece on my desk by Friday, Orange. Got that?

Really who does that Phil? People with too much money to burn? Too much time on their hands? Experiencing empty nest syndrome now that the chitlins are off to college? Nothing like witnessing indulgence in it's grandest form on the feet of precious poopsie.
