Yeah, absolutely. Just sign into the USTA site and somewhere in the big mess of options there will be "Order a Replacement Card".

it asks me for my credit card number, does anyone know how much this is?, is it like joining the USTA all over again or.........

it happened to me u just have to call them

I might be in the minority here, but does anyone else find the USTA Membership section completely useless. I can't even find when my membership expires.

Although, I'm sure I'm probably just stupid and missing it.

The easiest thing is to call them at 1-800-990-8782. They are open weeknights until 12am or send them a message at this site with your membership#

Yes, their website leaves a bit to be desired. I wanted to look up match results and their tennislink site is down for maintenance today.
