What wound be rating for top 5 southern california 14's player?

Before, i have thought of myself as a 4.5, but i'm not sure. Im ranked 5 in the boy's 14's in so.cal.

Enter a 4.5 tournament. If you win it, you may be borderline 5.0. If you don't, then you're still 4.5.

Top 5 in SoCal, probably 5.0 or higher easily. Just you wait until you grow up, everything gets bigger, and I mean everything

well this in its self clearly shows he is lying because i have seen mika at tons of nats. And not too mention he said he didnt play winters and I talked to mika there, so unless there are 2 mika de costers, matchpoint is lying
