I'm aggressive baseliner who comfortably stay on baseline, rarely coming at net. I would like to develop my game to be all court or develop my net game to get the most advantage from my attacking ground stroke which should be good against the kind of player like retriever or pusher. Some racket with good topspin, headlight balanced and lightweight about 11oz(for mobility) yet stable on impact really motivate me want to play all court or at net. After some searching, I got the list above in topic. which one would be better in term of
1.good maneuverablity( Headlight+ lightweight) 2 yet stable (could be just decent) 3 still good for baseliner game(controllable power) 4 serve potential 5 topspin 6 sweetspot |

I would suggest the Babolat Pure Storm, it's just what you need.

The reason that I put nPro open on the list is it has a bit bigger headsize coz i'm coming from the radical 107 sq. I'm ok on baseline with smaller than previous. But my net game still need some help. Maybe it's the fact that I'm not used to that kind of game yet.

what about the original Npro or the Npro surge.
but based on what I've been hearing the safe choice would be the pure storm.

I think you should demo the nPro Open as well as the Pure Storm, to start.
What level player are you? In my honest opinion, and I am one of the Pure Storm's biggest fans in the world, if you're looking to developt your net game, I really don't think it is the best choice. I can't really come up with anything better that is right around 11 ounces at the moment, but the nPro Open would be worth a try. I'll bet the light version of the Fischer M Speed Pro is a nice racket. There should be some better suggestions than that, but I guess they aren't going to come from me. I think limiting yourself to 11 ounces might make this a lot harder. A lot of times heavier rackets that are more headlight are more manueverable than lighter rackets. The Pure Storm has never been considered a real manuverable racket. I'd almost call it "sluggish" at net and I think it is fairly unforgiving on volleys (light weight). Sometimes the extra weght in the right places can dramatically help with stability. |

I'll bet the Storm 103 has more power than the 98 inch version, but probably not a large difference.
The Pure Storm is a powerful racket, but the PD has a noticable increase in pop. The nPro Open may be just as powerful as the PD. -sorry about the two posts |
