Sup, yeah "Legend" was a B+ movie. I still think the part where he spent most of his time alone in NYC and the back story was better than most of the zombie stuff. Overall, it was better than most of the stuff that comes to theaters.

Agreed. Glad to see Will Smith actually acting for a living than making too many jokes. B+ is good in my book. I rarely give A's.

As for the NYC Chapter. I saw Rickson putting one together. I'll see if it gets formed and maybe we can do a road trip (5 hours) to play one weekend.

Otherwise we already incorporated the star of Long Island: JollyRoger (contract pending).

P.S. I was going to put the named of members in my signature, but it's way too long. We have more members than TWSF, yet we don't have the nice weather.

Also, i love the whole road trip idea....if the rv thing doesnt work out, maybe we can take seperate cars down, and play musical chairs at rest stops?

If you want...I can book a time at crosskeys or outdoors?.. The bad thing is I won't be able to make it for the match...but you guys have to take the video of it.

I played at the crosskeys on Monday, and am playing again tonight...the place was pretty good...medium-fast courts which I love.

Medium except if you try a slice or flat serve. I played in the championships there, and a 6-5 guy was hitting rockets. No aces though. Dammit, I won't be "owned".

Also, way way too much tennis lint. I remember after a point, i looked down and my legs and shoes were a slight green.

A nice club though. Where I first met Moz. There should be a sign celebrating that day.

Oh yeah? I don't think my 50 mph serve would do anything with the surface anyway...

My slice seems to work so well..no wonder.

Yeah, it's a nice small club (only 4 courts), and the cheapest around here, and only 15 mins from my place. Luckily, I just found a hitting partner from Peru on the craigslist..and he is a lefty, too..I felt like I was hitting against Nadal..the guy plays tennis since he was 12..an amazing session.

Ugh - I hate tennis lint on indoor courts. It would be nice if sthey swept the courts every once in a while. Maybe they should do like basketball courts and provide a broom for players to sweep before playing. It's horrible when the courts are slightly slippery becasue of tennis lint.

Most improved...that's tough question...I don't know how bad Zap used to be..

Only you guys know...hahahah..maybe he could be the one. He hits the ball better in the last mini meet than the first time I saw him, I was surprised.

Shintan - Crosskeys has a few tournaments that I was considering entering...it is a nice place? Has it recovered from the monumental meeting of Moz and Sup?

That's pretty far away for me, as well, but it beats outdoors. Ummm, I won't be participating in this match if it is oudoors!

Oh, dear, isn't this getting a bit overboard? Hmmm, I will try my hand here:

Best dressed - umm, hello? Me.

Runner up goes to the Nike guy who sometimes moonlights in Lacoste.
Most improved - I would say Zap, just from reading what you guys have said.
Best member - best at what? Baking? That would be...me *again*!!!
The Stefan Edberg Award - Shcmad, for putting up with our endless joking about him and Safin. Not that we're going to stop anytime soon.
Best Overall - tie between Zap and Sup. Zap got things started, Sup kept them rolling.
