thanks for the info alice. unfortunately, i am not as classy as you. chiptole is my ideal dinner, haha. but we should definitely do a MAC food meet one day. I am missing out on a lot of muffins here

Also Sunday is the only day I can play, but I can do anytime after say 9 AM. And as always I will drive the drive. I will see if the question is in as well.

FYI - Looks like they only have tix for Wed.

Might get two if the Mrs. agrees to go.

Question - do they let you move around or are they strict about assigned seating? Not trying to sit there by myself.

Also - who's going wednesday?

JR, the box seats are assigned. I went a few years ago to Legg Mason. I just walked up to the box office and bought a single box seat for all the afternoon matches for $65. It was a good seat too. I'll probably do the same this year.

I was pretty drunk by the time we saw the main event, I must've switched seats about 20 times in 10 minutes. I was also very obnoxious with my "whooooaaaaaaaaaaa" every time they showed the shot spot up on the big screen.

In other words you don't want to sit behind/next to/in front of/in the vicinity of me.

Wife wasn't down, but my Brother can go so I got 2 tix for Wed 4pm session. Should be fun.

Will there be action on the outer courts?

fark me. i waffled on buying the tix. so now what's available is:

section 6
row I
seat 24

let me guess, jrs...you and your equally tall brother have seats for:

section 6
row H
seats 23 & 24

right? right? unless i bring a phone book or two, i won't be seeing anything. good thing i bought those tix in row A from craigslist!

alice there will probably be plenty of seats and plenty of places to move around to get a better view.
and there hopefully will be a lot of awesome matches on the side courts where you can jump under the bleachers and find tennis ball souvenirs and topaz's cell phones from years gone by.

don't worry about it. we wil have a blast. (as long as JRK takes his ADHD meds) <--- although the joy you had w/ the instant replays was pretty hilarious that one night. but i don't think i'm allowed to sit next to you this year.

Ahhh, Legg Mason + TWMAC, the memories...

Dats doing the white knight thing and rescuing my cell phone from underneath the bleachers as well as picking up some prime tennis ball souvenirs.

Dats and JRK warm up for the serve speed tent. Don't ask...I have no idea.

The boys work their magic with the gal in the Mercedes booth.
