good game last night.
the ducks repeatedly tried the "run up the middle w/ qb keeper option" over and over was soooo dumb.
auburn's best player 300lb Nick Fairley was right there and also unblocked was #45 DE antoine carter.
they thought they were going to run up the middle on the much bigger team?
late in the 4th they started moving the ball easily on wider option plays.
i think it was bad play calling by oregon. even that 4th down on the goal line.. you knew they would get stopped. bah!

i also think the rule should be changed to where if you land on another player or if a defender pulls the runner down on top of him (and his knee didn't touch the ground), he should still be "down by contact".
or if you are going to keep the rules the same, throw out late hits.. cuz you have to BE SURE his knee hit the ground so it might take 3 or 4 tackles to make sure!

I hear ya Dats on the down by contact thing.

That dude could have easily crushed that RB. But he let think becuase he was down (or so he thought).

You hear the argument that you play to the whistle, but when a packed house is screaming you cant hear it. Then if the dude does just jump on top of the guy he probably gets flagged for late hit 15yds first down.

But at least the RB didnt just drop the ball thinking it was over and an ORE guy ran it back to the house.

We just started tri-level matches...do the men play at a different time of the year?

Ahh, so we do play his team on Sunday. Of course, I won't actually be playing him because someone (ahem) sandbagged & played at the 4.0 level...

Yeah we are NOVA 1, I guess. And we played Tri-Level in the Fall, but I think my captain's women's team played a while ago. The Sectionals seem to still be held at the same time though. Who are you playing for this season?

I play tri-level for my outdoor captain (CB). We lost our first match 1-2 on Sunday. We are short on 4.5s so I don't think we'll be doing much this season! I like the team a lot though, and it is one of the few times I get to play dubs with one of my good friends.

Schap vs. Auzzie? Another twmac showdown in the making? McLovin, nice to see you again! Good luck guys!

He's all over the place...and last weekend he had to pose for every championship team picture (there were tourneys for 7.5, 8.5, and 9.5). He has over 500 players playing for him (what he told me).

Who cares about the 4.5's, just win all your matches and take them out of the equation!!!
