CAPS CAPS CAPS!

P.S. Who is up for a wakefield HS hit tomorrow?
Go Caps!

After the second period with no score I was convinced that it was gonna go to a shootout. Then when NY scored I almost threw the remote at my TV. Then I almost threw it again when they initially waved Ovi's goal off.

Stop being conviced on the shoot outs it will never happen. They play Sudden death overtimes until somebody scores in the playoffs. Even if its 3 or 4 of them.

Yeah I know, I meant that I felt like nobody was going to score EVER, while I was watching.

I thought they were just gonna say f**k it let's have a shootout right now and settle this sh*t.

Just like with the Isner match I was thinking they need to just amend the rule right now and play a tiebreaker to get this over with. My DVR was full and it was one match.

Putting this out there now.

Daughter's first birthday BBQ on May 7th (no hollywood, you do not have to bring the grill).

For all the non-asians, first birthdays are a big deal. Plenty of food and alcohol. Plus, you can play on the sponge-bob courts after you get drunk.

Ha ha! What total and utter crap.

I have three freakin' degrees and have been teaching 10 years...I don't make that much.

It is cool to teach your passion though. But it doesn't pay the bills.

If I hadn't have gotten an elementary gig, HS was my second choice. MS definitely...last choice!!!

Heyooo TWMAC!
Been awhile! Just wanted to post to say if anyone wants to hit anytime in the future and is in the Reston area, to hit me up!
I think i'm just about ready to play real tennis again. I think i'm rehabbed up enough.
Also yes, I moved out to Reston! I bought a condo a little while ago out here, so i'm up for some Reston tennis'ing now that the weathers warm!

Im not quite sure how it will work in the oven. We always used a food dehydrater. How long do you think it would take in the oven to make. And never knew it was possible to make beef jerky in the oven.

i dunno either... my oven only goes down to 170F, and i think it would work much better at 140F for a few more hours. we shall see! might end up with crusty bits of charcoal.

Yeah, a lower temp would probably be better (ours has a "warm" setting that we've checked to be at about 150F)...but try leaving the oven door ajar (again, ours will stay open on its own about 1-inch). We've made venison jerky on several occasions...with success every time (but one...just a tough deer...and he||, jerky is supposed to be chewy anyway).

Hope your experiment works!

I should know better than to open a video from you Sappy. No liquids (beer) for me tonight. Which is a good thing I suppose, since one of my sisters is coming into town. *polishing halo-hiding pitchfork*////

PP, let's get out on the courts sometime. I don't have my reston pass tho... so we might have to play in Herndon - there's also a new Fairfax county park with new courts and lights near me.
