i think he basically says great for advanced player but you need really good mechanics. serves bombs but not great at spin serves. great feel on volleys. even with good mechanics, against good players you are not going to be able to win playing from the baseline. you will need to hit big serves and play attacking tennis and put pressure on your opponent at the net.

i ordered my demo from some place in the middle of the west and i guess it isnt in stock. there demo system is turrible. oh well. too cold and rainy anyway. this groundhog going back in my hole until sun comes back out. fark i need to go somewhere sunny but the ol ball and chain won't stop talking about going to utah to ski. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO... me want SUN... chix in bikinis... beer... buffalo chix wings... and tennis!! woo woo

A quick, simple way to lose 5-10 lbs:

Take the time you go to bed and subtract 4 hours. Stop eating at that time.

Seriously, I did this 5 years ago and it works. In two weeks you will notice a difference. You don't have to change anything else, just stop eating 4 hours before going to bed.

that's a good tip. Our family always finish dinner by 7:30pm. It's a habit we've been enforcing for a long time.

I was talking about taking the family skiing, sledding, snowboarding etc. this winter. Have no idea where or when is good.

We've been to Keystone, CO many times. Very family-friendly place with many, many slopes and a real good ski/snowboard school.

People are different, but I'm not a fan of skipping breakfast. If I do, I tend to eat twice as much during lunch. Plus I'm so hungry it's hard to be smart and eat the better stuff rather than just grab a massive sandwich or pizza.

Lunch is grilled chicken drumsticks, brown rice and salad with Trader Joe's Tuscan dressing. That dressing is good. I had to stock pile.
