1,290 calories per serving!!! I've eaten about 3/4 of the cake already... my wife just wants it out of the house.

The arm has been feeling better lately, which is nice. I can almost brush my teeth with my right hand without too much pain. June 9th is the day the doctor told me I can start hitting (lightly) again. Yippee, I can't wait.
holy cow thats a lot of calories. awesome. i love carrot cake.

and damn you for the curse. every day i am off it freaking rains. when its ncie and sunny, i have work

Yes, the curse will expire on June 8th, the day before I make my triumphant return to the tennis courts... at least that's the plan.

That carrot cake is the best cake on the planet that $75 bucks can buy... I'm certain of it. I guarantee anyone who tries that cake will come to the same conclusion. You will also come to the conclusion that you have gained 20lbs in 15 minutes after eating the cake.

...unless you are a mutant like myself who seems to be immune to weight gain.

Where did you buy the cake from? Cake Love maybe?

June 8 return? Sounds good. We have to get our Dubs on for the tennis team. I'm set to play tomorrow. I hope I he'll line me up for singles.

I posted the link to the place on the previous page... it's called Sweet Street Desserts, they're located in Philly. The cake comes to you packed in dry ice.

Good luck in singles. Hopefully I'll be back in form for the last 3 matches or so. And hopefully the captain allows me to play, I wouldn't blame him if he outright kicked me off the team though.

The good news is all our ACTA matches have been cancelled due to rain so it looks like the season will have to be extended until December in order to have all the make-up matches.

TFM,

Where are we meeting for lunch on Tues?

As for your racquets.. I have great news.. and good news.

Good news:

All have been done and stencils are dry. Customization complete.

Great News (bad news):

I took the 306g original and strung it up with maxim touch. As I do with all the racquets before and after I string.. I inspected the frame. I am not happy how the grommets looked. It looked as worn as .. (let your imagination wander)..

So what did i do? I cut the strings out.. and I ordered you a new set of grommets. Its for your own good TFM, don't argue with me darn it. Should be here on the 14th, so you can have your 5th racquet on Thursday.

P.S. Don't get spoiled with this kind of service. I tend to be a perfectionist. Once the rain stops, the service stops.

Sweet - I'm singles one for the USTA match Tuesday!

Sup, lets see If I can put your tips to work. Hopefully I can represent the TW MAC to the fullest!

wow. this rain is really making you stir crazy huh? but your loss is apparantly my gain. sweetness!

i'm surprised the grommets were so worn on that 306gram original racquet. thought it was in fairly good shape. but then again the fool i had stringing the racquets before was not exactly a professional. i think he just played one on tv. thanks for ordering the new grommets. i guess if i have to wait til thursday i'll manage somehow.

oh as for lunch -- any chance you wanna meet up for an early dinner instead? say 5:00 in Va.? i have some things i gotta take care of at work today but i have to rush over to Falls Church in the afternoon so i'll be in the area.

I love to see how the other half lives. An early dinner is 5? I call 5 a late dinner as I'm getting ready for bed ~ 6...

you get ready for bed around 6?! what are you a farmer? only the extremely elderly, farmers and possibly robots that require sunlight to fuel their power cells go to bed when the sun sets.

i'm married with a baby and i regularly go to bed at 9 or 10 just from sheer exhaustion. pre-baby i'd go to bed at 1 or 2 am and get up at 6 or 7.

I'm being slightly facetious, but my bed time is usually ~ 9. I get up ~5 so I can make it to work by 6.

The sun is out! The sun is out! .. de plane.. de plane... wait. I lost my train of thought...

Oh yeah.. I can't do an early dinner. Sorry TFM.

I do however want to drive up today to get you the racquets (4) today. What time is good to swing by.

We'll have lunch Thursday perhaps.
