On a side note. My semi-retired life includes trying to persuade Shcmad to go out in the heat to hit. That worked yesterday.. apparently not today.

So I'm watching Euro Cup Soccer. Thinking.. who could last that long running around (raises hand).. and who would complain the ball is too light (Pureprestige).. and that Safin doesnt play soccer (Shcmad).. and that koreans got no jump (TFM)... and trip over his baggy shorts (zapvor).. and not come close to the goal net like in a tennis net (topaz).. and fall to his knees in goal victory with a wookie roar (JRSTRIKER).

My uncle played professionally and for a national level. He begged my dad to put me in soccer.. i apparenlty chose tennis. *hangs head*..

I think I need to start running more hills and perhaps get into a running group. There is a hard core running group at my gym. They work on explosive speed and hard core excercises. Most are college athletes. It start tomorrow. Hope it works out.

I forgot the short factor. Okay 1 ft away from the net. Standing position. One jump. Must stick landing.
