I take medical tape (I buy it at Walmart or KMart) and I wrap that around any place I might get a blister or starting to get a blister, especially when I am coming back from taking time off of tennis. But feet, nope. Much tougher.

Dr. Scholl's Moleskin. It won't "cure" them, but it will prevent them from getting worse, or cover the area well enough that you can continue doing whatever you're doing. Although I normally don't get blisters from tennis these days, I use 'em for hiking-I would not hit the trail without carrying a couple packages.
