apparently when nadal was an up n coming player he played cards with moya. apparently moya would turn the card over and it would be the 6 of hearts. This meant nadal had to do 6 push ups. nadal then turned a card over and it was a 9 of clubs which meant 9 situps for moya. quite a good way of doing a continuous work out ?
