Communication and payment was quick. Remu is a very nice young man and easy to deal with. I also learned not to ship via UPS to Canada because the recipient have to pay customs fee. Sorry!

he should have known better and asked you to ship USPS in the first place - not your fault

of course tahts what i told him. i had no previous experience with UPS, so it was a first. But i had read on the board thats its expensive with UPS, in fact i think it was you who told me richie iunno it might or might not have been you.

Remu didn't pass blame at all. As the seller I would like every transaction to go as smoothly as possible. It has to be a win-win situation or the deal isn't a success. Remu is a very nice young man and took responsibility for not informing me. That is admirable!
