Default can one pull a muscle in the foot?

movement is fine,but suddenly hurts like h... inside the wrist when trying to kick off,jump.hurt in the forefoot.I got this 4 days ago playing squash,gradually it has become better,no swollen foot.Looks normal,but been to lazy using a balanceboard(i am supposed to,to strenghten my weak ankle)i am also flatfooted.

Search on "Plantar fasciitis". You'll find lots of good info. Fairly common injury to the foot. Yours is pretty far forward, but this would be a good place to start.
