i really really dont wanna pay that much cause i am not that rich, and in thailand a stringing job costs me 3 bux on a proper machine

Sydney is expensive and busy. Come to Melbourne it's much cheaper and a far nicer laid back city to live in.
For <$25 aud, you'd be lucky to get the cheapest crappiest nylon available strung by the new kid doubling as the resident shop stringer.

good luck finding one half decent for less than 25 bucks.
the labour for re-string is about $20 then you'd need to buy the string on top of that..... |

I'll do any string job for a can of tennis balls - you provide the string.
