Or more specifically, how many tourna grips will I need to increase the handle size by 1/8? I know these are really thin so, perhaps another kind of overgrip would be better for the purpose on increasing grip size? Though, it seems most people have been telling me tourna grip is the best overall overgrip.

one overgrip over the grip already on the racket should do the job.
as for the "best overgrip" it's all preference. the most popular ones on the forum seem to be the wilson pro, tournagrip, and yonex supergrap |

Rule of thumb is the overgrip increases the grip size by 1/16 of an inch, but there are always exceptions. So if you follow the rule of thumb, two overgrips over the grip would make the grip 1/8 of an inch bigger.

All overgrips have different thicknesses though. And I've heard that tournagrip is the thinnest one of them all.

The thinnest overgrips are Gamma Grip 2 and Babolat VS Original. Two overgrips would increase the handle size by 1/8.
