Default Good top spin serve video

Here's a good video.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nNvD7...elated&search=

I'm trying to do what he's doing at the beginning, just the initial swing without follow through, but the ball doesn't go over the net. Anyone got any advice on how to make it go over the net. I'm assuming on putting to much top spin on the ball and not enough pace.

Make sure your raquet is pointing directly upwards when you take it back, keep a firm locked wrist and just serve naturally. Then gradually just come across the ball a bit more, untill you feel it is right. Worked for me

His toss is to the left and looks to be over his head.
In that type of drill if the toss is to the right or too far out into court you will not get the height.
Hit straight up.

A firm locked wrist on serve? That's natural?
