Are you folks aware of what's happening in India, has it made the news there ? Seems a large section of youth are "arising" .. protesting against ill-treatment of women ... there have been protests in my city for 13 or so days in a row, and I hear other cities are taking it on too. It was triggered by something horrible I don't want to mention -- would be great if our male-dominated society can finally wake up.

Yes senti,I am aware of that horrible incident. It was high time people woke up to the atrocities committed by our male dominated society. But until unless our government listens to the people's demand it would be useless. You know the big reason government doesn't want to take a concrete action is because there are Rapists and Murderers in their own party. These goons act as a big support base for the govt and helps them in getting votes in the elections.Do you think they would trim their own feathers by convicting their own MP's and MLA's?? LOL...nope!

Question

Welcome back, Senti! Your prolonged absence triggered a fear that ETs had abducted you. Was that the case and, if so, how did you arrange your release???

Easy now, Tush...poor Senti has just returned to the Earth's atmosphere and his system will need time to adjust before he can hold his breath for, say, two months!

I have never heard of this beer. Is it a local Florida beer? Is it available in California or Europe?

Although Yuengling is America's oldest brewery (est. 1829), it was only available in areas surrounding its home of Pottsville, PA until the late 80's. They then began building market share on the Eastern seaboard and Florida is a lucky recipient of this expansion. I do not believe they have yet reached out past the Mississippi...several Nebraska footballers I ran into last week in Orlando told me they can't yet get their products in Lincoln.

My favorite of theirs is an amber "traditional" lager but they also make a porter and a "Black and Tan" that's pretty tasty.

Why am I even awake... I've set my alarm on 7:15 which is roughly 2 1/2 hours from now, so I get an hour to get ready and get to school. I'm going to be an absolute wreck.

I just watched Charlie Rose, and then Safin beating Federer at the 2005 Australian Open. The problem is that I need to be awake in less than five hours and make a day trip to Reno.

I had forgotten how good Safin could play at his best. The very sultry nature of Zhukova at that time has also slipped my mind.
