Default Racket Companies Spec Matching?

I was wondering what racket companies target as their primary spec.
Obviously they have a tolerance range for +/- in weight and balance.
But being that they would make the frame and then add the pallet, what would they look to match?
Do they try to get them all to the same swingweight? Since that is the primary factor for feel in a given racket it would make sense. Someone once posted saying you wouldn't be able to tell much difference between a 2pt headlight racket and 6pt headlight racket if they had the same swingweight.
I was just wondering because my LM Prestige mids came in at 355g 10pts headlight or so, while Shcmads were originally...very light around 330 grams and 3pts headlight or something. They didn't feel altogether too different.

I am just wondering what they aim for here as their tightest spec, I assume with same composition it would have to be swingweight.
