Except that this one is in the other half that's actually true. Djokovic has admitted himself that he doesn't use a nBlade but a copy of his old Head racquet that Wilson made for him.

His paintjobbed racquet does not have the string pattern of the retail nBlade but has the pattern of the Head PT280. Look at where the bottom cross meets the mains on the 3 racquets. Check the comparison photos here: http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/showp...7&postcount=14

And here's Tursunov using the same racquet but his is painted to look like a KSix-One 95 instead of a nBlade. Note that his racquet has no PWS at 3 and 9 like on a regular K95, that the "V" opening of the throat is much longer than on a regular K95, and that the head shape is more oval and less round just like on a Head racquet:

Default I saw the new K Blades in person yesterday...

My local racquet shop had out the KBlade and KBlade Pro racquets. He said they would become available on Jan 23rd.

I agree the nBlade and the Kblade are a little light for my taste, but the KBlade pro I'd like to demo. It was a little heavier maybe 11.7 unstrung / 6 pts HL with the leather grip like the K6.1 federer. Nice black finish with orange detail similar to the other K Factor racquets.

I would think the KBlade Pro was probably designed for a tour player like Djocko. ....Maybe he is using the KBlade Pro? we'll have to wait and see.

I also heard they discontinued the nPro Opens and will make a similar KFactor version this year.

Yep they will come out with (k)actor pro open i think it's called. The pj is the same as the (k) blade but with sea foam green instead of the gold/orange accents .

Hey great info BP! I always thought that Djokovic really was using an nBlade! Shows again the greatness of the PT630

just watching the hopman cup now, and it looks like djokovic has a kblade, or a paintjob of a kblade on his old racquet. can anyone confirm this?

Saw the K blade tour, that is not what Joker plays with, He plays with a PT 630 MOLD painted to look like the Kblade, the drill patterns are not even the same

Ok, well I guess I'm the only one that found this, but here it is. The left one is claimed to be the kblade.

Bollocks, that was posted by jollyroger, and it's a [K]Blade Tour.

Well, although I find it hard that he has changed frames, I must say that the black paintjob seems to give the appearance of a more oval shape compared to the paint job of the nBlade that made the head shape look round.. Who knows..

thought not %100 clear I can say that is a string pattern of a PT 630 Mold and it is in Djokovic hands at the Hopman cup. So no he is not using a Kblade tour that you and I can buy off the shelf.

Default PJ vs. Modded stock Blade

then again who is using a stock racquet you can buy off the shelf.... Who's to say wilson didn't just customize a racquet for ND instead of paintjobbing a Head racquet. I would venture to say that almost every player on tour is probably using at least modded racquet if not a completely different stick than their pj indicates (see the old stick thread)

Honestly, having held a stock KBlade in my hand, the 2 o'clock and 10 o'clock positions seemed be a little more square in person than in Djocko's picture here...but who knows...

at least we can be excited to try the [K]Blade Tour and have some fun with it.
