Not unrealistic. Not 45 pounds of muscle...that's impossible. But a good bulk and the right genes and 45 "good" pounds in 8 months is attainable.

To the guy that called me a dooshbag, IDK if you're serious or not but those are for motivation. For all the guys my age that want to get bigger they can easily put on some good size in a year if they dedicate themselves to it, here's proof. I'm not trying to show off my body, I think it looks bad. Zero upper chest and the rest of my chest is small too. My arms are thin from the front and only 15" pumped. Front delts are also small. My legs aren't defined at all. My back is good but that's about it.

Guillotine and wide grip bench press brah!!! Take as little weight off as ya can while still being safe. If you already do those try them on the smith machine, isos the chest more and allows wayy heavier weight. If all else fails there's the iso machines! Oh and F*** THE HATERS, GET SWOLE

Been doing incline flies with my thumbs facing each other (pronated grip) really isolates the upper chest and takes the shoulders out. Also been using the incline press machine doing two chest days help. Gonna add guillotines in there somewhere and maybe wide grip over something else on the weakness day. Did shoulders and tris first today then hit chest, def got a good chest workout and gonna try preexhausting more.

And yea its funny to see people hate and doubt what I did when I posted proof. Only on TW are people dumb enough to think a 20 year old who just started lifting seriously couldn't make these gains. too lazy and mentally weak to stick to a program so just gonna hate on others lol

He pretended to be Zeeshan. I saw through it immed, and thought everyone else did. Somehow, it seems to have escaped everyone else despite the plethora of clues. Finally, @nikdom got enraged that a poster had impersonated a real tennis pro. He threatened to call the mods and have action taken. He also tried to implicate me as an accessory/accomplice even though it was I who was locking horns with ksbh all the time. That goon, ksbh, lol.
