Hi guys
I'm applying to you all, wilson experts I'm facing a real trouble to find grommets for my PS 6.0 95 sticks. I've already posted an wanted add here http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/showt...32#post7239232 I just can't find grommets for them here in Europe (i have 5 rackets, and at least 3 of them need grommets), and since i don't have Dolgopolov's contact... A co-member from TT suggested me to try BLX 6.1 team grommets, since both rackets have the same 16x18 string pattern on 95 sq.i. head size, and both skip the same holes when stringing Whats do you guys think? Anyone have ever try this? Regards Antonio - Portugal |

I've tried all over the UK, contacting both Wilson and framework, the latter thought the ncode pro staff would fit but i can't find any info on that racquet and the former denied there was a 95" prostaff....
I also asked TW some months back and they weren't able to convince wilson it was a good idea, wonder if they'd sell us the mold to the grommets. |

Hi Dave
Let's see what comes up with this rumor about BLX Team grommets This one come from Wilson, I've already emailed TW to ask them about this, no answer yet. (I'm so desperate that i went to Dolgopolov's page and sent an email trying my luck about getting some grommets sets for my PS's) |

never thought of going to a pro and asking!
fingers crossed on the blx grommets as that'd be a whole lot easier than trying to tap up pro players wouldn't it! |

Do keep us posted on the reply from TW as well as your findings from Dolgopolov. It would be great to have a source otherwise I think I will have to retire my beloved 6.0 95's and just stick with the K90 as it shares the same grommets as the BLX 90's.
The 6.1 Team is a 21mm frame and I'd be very surprised if the grommets would just slide on in there. When will Wilson understand, we want a 95" thin beamed racquet with Graphite/Kevlar, not BLX or [K]arbon or whatever other [K]rap u wanna call it! Last edited by latershow : 03-01-2013 at 07:58 PM. |

Guys, what about using Fittex replacement grommets from TW? You can replace all the gromments in the headguard and then put a layer of headguard tape over them.

Hi guys
The TW experts reply me about the 6.1 grommets, and we have a no answer: Unfortunately, the grommet sets for the Wilson BLX Six.One Team racquet will not fit the Pro Staff 6.0 95 racquet. The difference in frame shape will effect the fit of the grommets. Also, these racquets have different skips and slightly different beam widths. And still no answer from Dolgo, i don't understand why... |

I don't know nothing about those grommets, my major problem is scuffed bumpers (and the cracked grooves from one of my sticks), i play only on hard court, and even 2 layers of protection tape are not enough there
