Default Wrist pain

I'm getting great benefits from the adoption of a larger grip (basically more control so I can hit harder), but my wrist seems to start hurting, in the inside area, expecially with FHs.
Ideas? Comments?

How long have you been playing with the larger grip? It might be that your hand and wrist are getting used to it and that the pain will disappear by itself after a couple more hitting sessions. However, if the grip is really too big, you should be carefull not to get injured (both a too small and too big grip can lead to tennis elbow and all sorts of dicomforts). How much did you enlarge your gripsize?

Several months, playing 3 or more hrs per week.
I've always played the 3/8, but since I started to play more often few years ago, I get some elbow pain; so went to 1/2 and felt better. Now I've something a full size bigger (it's a customization I made off a Volkl handle ading head tape and leather grip).
