USTA and Wheelchair tennis

This thread is designed to have you post your comments, suggestions and concerns pertaining to the USTA involvement with Wheelchair tennis.

I would like to start by asking everyone a question:

What do you feel is the best way to get people actively involved in growing the game of wheelchair tennis? Active meaning they are responsible for accomplishing 1 promotional task within their section and they are responsible for at least 1 additional person coming to wheelchair tennis within 1 year period?
