Default A natural multivitamin

Can anyone recommend a good natural or organic multivitamin. I know a well balanced diet is best, but what can I take to make up for the nutrients that I may not get. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Nature made is the best quality brand. Men's multi is good. and i am not sure what level you play, but i play pretty high level and i found that Mega Vitamin on the day of the match really helps me to keep my energy up thruout the match. So on the day of the match like a USTA match, i take GNC mega men's vitamin instead of the regular daily vitamin. GNC makes Mega Sports formulat which seem to work very well.

If you're willing to pay for it, New Chapter is a good "natural" vitamin. They grow fruits and vegetables and digest them with bacteria to extract the vitamins. A natural, but expensive, process.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's not true. Link to some studies. Spirulina and other algae are nutrient dense foods. That's a fact. I'm not saying it's a cure-all, but it's packed with nutrition. See for yourself.

Spirulina is the most dense from everything I've read.

For example, seaweed, long considered a nutrient dense food, is an algae.

Kelp does have lots of nutrients in it, that is true. We used to make a kelp stew and eat it for dinner and it was supposed to be good for you
