Does grip size have anything to do with it?

There is no conclusive evidence one way the other on whether larger or smaller grips are best. Different sites on the internet as well as different books have different answers to this question, but the majority of it is speculation.

What can be said for sure is that either significantly too small or too big can cause problems. You have to find what is right for you.

find your grip size in the learning center of tennis warhouse and then get the smallest rounded cause you can always add length never decrease

why are heavy but head light rackets less dangerous to the elbow that lighter rackets? that doesn't make any sense to me because my n six one 95 w/ cyber flash at 60 hurts my elbow so much elbow much more than a k six one 95 team w/ nxts probably at 55

Rackets that are heavier, head light and more flexible are better for TE. To look at an evaluation of about 160 tennis rackets related to their possibility of causing elbow and / or shoulder problems take a look at racquetreserach.com The tennis rackets are older, but you can compare their physical characteristics to newer rackets

rackets that are less stiffer head light and heavier are better becuase they provide comfort as well as playability in such situations
