Default Racquet full drop

How do you achieve that huge racket drop that the pros do? Ihave seen Sampras serve on slow motion and the tip of his racket was so much low pointing to the ground. Is it a matter of flexibility? Amazing staff! I think this is the secret of having a great serve, coming up to contact from so far away from the ball.Pronation ,snaping of the wrist and the rest will come without thinking about it.

With Sampras, it was a matter of flexibility and general physical build. The guy has very long arms and his shoulders are freakishly flexible-like a yoga master's.

I agree with Phil, the flexibility Sampras had or has is very incredible. Guga also has "freaky" flexibility. Kind of like Exorcist flex.

Some people just dont have that kind of flex. Strength and flexibility in tennis is a winning combination. As I get older, I notice I am not as flexible especially on the serve, it has really had a small negative effect in some parts of my game.
