ok dumb question please bear with me. Using a clutch if the weight is below I just turn and hold the clutch drum to get the weight horizontal and move the clamp while still holding the drum? I got my mains done now onto to crosses

No, just hold the tensioning mechanism and lift the weight. You'll hear the clicking... let it click 1-2 times then release the clutch/tensioning mechanism and then release the weight. Don't touch the clamps.

I think he has the SP swing, so there is no clicking on that clutch.
