Anyone have any idea how much weight head tape (Babalot 1.5") adds to a racket's swing weight? I use a Diablo MP, with a starting swing weight of 316 gms. I realize the answer depends in part on the length of the head tape being used. Let's assume we start with a single strip of about 18".

You really cannot give a generalization on this. Each frame comes off the line with pretty much a slight variance in swing weight. The so called spec might be 316 on an RDC, but it can vary in some cases by +/- 5. So for one frame, it might increase it up to say, 320, on another it'll only go up to say 316. So the only way to find out, is get he racquet on an RDC or Accuswing and you'll know for sure.
