Chances are the original white ones will shatter immediately upon stringing.

CAPS grommets from the i.Prestige or LM Prestige will fit.

Even replacement grommets would be brittle. Get some full-CAP System grommets for the Prestige Classic/LM Prestige. Trim them if you want.
