Is the Classic Forum ever Slated for Autonomy?

Seems as popular, valid and heavily trafficked as other categories, just wondering if this Sub forum ever intends to graduate and mature to front page status???...

There are still classic racquet threads being posted in the "racquets" section. There is no need for this. The "Classic Racquet Talk" is still the only Sub forum not on the main index page!!!

Why not put on main index page as:-

Racquets (New, Current)
Racquets (Classic, Discontinued)

This would stop any confusion

Where would something like the nBlade fall, which is by no means "classic", but is also not "current," necessarily. The way it is set up seems fine to me.
