Default Nike Court Ballistec(Rafa's shoe next year)

Ok guys here are the pics of Rafa's next shoe. I guess on 2nd look they are pretty similar to the cages as its got the Dragon stuff. Well Drag On X i should say.

chiru, no prob man. You aint busting my chops at all. I agree with you, Im not too big on the shoe either. Its not even teh colors that bother me. Its the overall design. I thought they had something real good going with the cages. This is like a step back, even though they are using newer technology, it looks like an older shoe. Also it does look like a skateboard shoe or old school bball shoe like Nike Dunks. Its the way they shaped the synthetic overlays on the shoe. Its looks like it was just slapped on.

I love the retro look. Looks like they changed the outsole a little, hopefully it's more durable than the cages.

dude i totally agree. i love the cages and think they make a pretty mean shoe. but i don't know about these ones. the white with black swoosh are thte only ones i think look good.

I also see that the price tag goes up to $120, but the shoes do look a little too retro and not worth the amount. I could be wrong though, they might look better when they hit the shelf.

Yeah I think lookwise they took a step back. I thought the cages looked pretty cool. The retro of these look dumb and the non retro ones just look plain

I can't even see any tread pattern on those shoes at all. Will the Breathe Cage line be discontinued for the CourtBallistec? How many ounces will those shoes weigh? So many questions to be answered. BTW, I don't really like the retro look.

I want the all black one bad. Staedler I'm assuming you work at a Pro Shop since that picture came from Nike's 09 catalog.
