Default Article on Heat and Exercise

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/07/03/he...on/03Best.html

After recently finishing a Tournament in 100 degree heat, I thought this article was interesting. Shows how an increase in heat can slow you down due to blood being pushed towards the skin for cooling rather than to the muscles.

Also interesting, dumping water over your head may not cool you off and my make you botter by blocking the pores.

Looks like working out in the heat is the best way to increase your performance in the heat.
