Peralta Colleges is comprised of Alameda Jr. College, Berkeley City Jr College (formely known as Vista College), Merritt Jr. College and Laney Jr. College of Oakland. I've searched their websites and cannot find if any of these Colleges have tennis teams. Went by the Alameda Jr. College courts the other day only to find that the gates were locked and grass growing in between the cracked surfaces. Laney has a nice facility and was host to some Norcal Jr. USTA events, but does the campus have an active tennis program? Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.

I am one of the tennis caoches at Chabot in Hayward. None of the schools you mention ahve a tennis program for either men or women. The closest to those schools would be Chabot or DVC or Ohlone in Fremont.
