o dampener

anyone know what company makes the o dampener in white or that blue shade? i'm looking for it everywhere and can't find it at all! i saw the white o dampener on the 2nd page of the post pics of your rackets page under rackets, and well started to search with no luck. any help would be appreciated for i would like to get a few of these.
