pro strings

Do any of the pro stringers know if the pro players use the strings that web sites like TW lists or do they often play with strings special for them. That is to say can we buy the same strings they use or is it like their racquets- totally customized and repainted but not what you buy in stores?

no paintjobs for strings would damage the strings. but luxilon doesn't make gut, so i don't know how it works for their players who use babolat.
