Default Training Information For Tennis

Hello coaches and athletes!

I just wanted to share with all of you that are interested in getting some information on strength training for tennis. I have a site with other collegiate strength coaches designed to provide the general public with free training programs, exercise videos, drills, articles and much more. Everything is free, as we do this as a service and not for profit, so feel free to download anything you want and keep it.

We have workouts (if you sign up, which is free as well, and enter in your maxes, you can download custom strength workouts)

XL Athlete Tennis Strength Workouts

Drills, Warm Ups, Prehab, Overhead Striking Performance, etc:

Tons of Exercise Videos:

I hope that helps you guys out! If you have any questions, just give me a shout here, or email the website!

Hey everyone, we just put up a bunch of medicine ball circuits if you are interested. They can be a great way to train outside of the typical weight room orientated workouts.

Med Ball Circuits for Tennis

Hope that helps!

This looks suspicious. Both new users with low post counts... looks like the second guy is a different account owned by the first guy... so same guy...

babb,

I'm a teaching pro and a personal trainer and don't know dave. I checked out the site and it's totally free from what I can see and they have videos on the different exercises. The only thing is they have a lot of stuff so it may seem overwhelming if your not into fitness but they have a lot of good stuff on it. No $ No SS or CC. check it out

Its okay, Babb. Its not the first time for me. In the day and age of rampant spam, our free site can get thrown in with that crap. We're just offering information for free because we believe there is a tremendous gap between what strength coaches know and what sport coaches and athletes know about training. Its a big task, but we're doing our best. Please let me know if you have any questions. I'm on a ton of boards trying to get the word out, so if I don't respond right away, please understand.

Hi coaches and athletes,

I apologize for the delay, but we have finally made a ton of updates to XL Athlete and have added a bunch more workouts and drills. Everything is free, so download as much as you want and print it off too if you need to. Any questions, just let me know!
