I ordered my Revo yesterday late afternoon and Mark already shipped it and sent me the tracking number. Very impressed with the expediting of my order. So far the great service and response I have read here is true.

Does Alpha sell demos? Also, how much is shipping?

I have no idea if they do sell demos. Call Mark or e-mail him. Everytime I e-mail him I get a response within the hour. I have not confirmed the cost of the UPS shipping, I purchased it through JR @ tennis Machines. Estimate for UPS ground is $30-$40 from TX to SC. There is a used Revo on the big auction site right now with 6 days left.

It doesn't. It doesn't bother me that much, but I'm a pretty novice stringer.

Mark was real helpful. It's hard not to like Alpha's customer service.

I dunno, it's either the clamps or the mounting.

Plus, i could save some cash on the crump. decisions decisions. If I can find a used revo though, I'd buy it for a good price.
