I always wonder what grip this is?

Roddick uses tournagrip. It's widely available, so you can try it yourself if you want to know why people use it.
I find it to be quite good when new, but not durable. |

Tourna Grip obviously. its the only blue grip on the market, you see it all over the place, and its the only one that happens to really work!

No babolat just made a blue version of that so they could say that roddick uses it. As was said before, (a lot) he uses tourna grip.
