Default Base of thumb pain when bent inwards

I suspect I may have a slight TFCC tear as I've indicated in this topic, but now I've got another location on the same wrist that's bothering me.

I've looked at this site that explains DeQuervain's Tenosynovitis, and I'm pretty sure that tendon sheath is the site of pain. Contrary to the symptoms described on that page, however, it doesn't hurt when I bend my hand outward towards the ulna; rather, it hurts when it's bent inward towards the radius, as would be the case during the swing-up of a serve.

I can also make it hurt by bending my wrist outwards (toward the ulna) and with my other hand, pressing the tip of the radius, between the two major thumb tendons. The pain worsens slightly with use.

Is this DeQuervain's, or something else?
