I have one pair of the jumpsoles platform training shoes. If any of you remember the Strength Shoes these are very comparable. They strap onto the end of any tennis shoes and instantly elevate you off the ground 3-4 inches. They are fantastic for building calf muscles and the fast twitch fibers in your ankles. This training aid really works and gives almost immediate results that I have witnessed first hand. I really don't need my new ones, as my old pair works just the same. These fit anyone with a shoe size from 8-10 1/2. I have used these for only a couple months (indoors only) these will virtually last a lifetime.
