What are strategies against other kids who are like 3.5-4.0?
I think angling shots off, hitting high and deep, hitting hard and into the corners and hitting the baseline will do sometimes

But not against higher class people

Find out what type of player they are and focus your game to give yourself an advantage against that player. If the player is a baseline basher, force him to the net. A well-hit slice or a drop shot would force the player out of his/her comfort zone.
