How often do you guys/gals change your overgrip? Until its worn out? After a day of heavy use? 1 week? b4 a match? or whenever you feel like changing it?

I change my grip when it tears, but allot of users tend to change it when it looses tackiness. It will probably not be needed to change as often because the tackiness will last longer in the winter because you wont be sweating as much. People also hate it when their grip looks dirty, but i personally like the look of a white grip used.

When the overgrip is no longer useful as a grip. Usually, for me, this means when my hand starts slipping around on the grip. The time just depends on how much I've used the racquet under any given conditions.

Tournagrip was a week or two for me. But now that I have my hands on Super Graps, I think they'll last longer then that...
