I like ALU the best. Hurricane and Poly Force are o.k. Touch Turbo is too "springy" for my taste. Timo is like Kevlar. Never tried Durablast or Polymono. The next one on my list to try is Signam Pro Poly Plasma 1.23mm.

From your list I would say Luxilon Big Banger ALU Power 16L. Of course the only two I've tried are the ALUP and the Touch Turbo. The ALUP beats the TT hands down.

However, I'm getting ready to trying Pro Hurricane and Signum Pro Poly Plasma (Kryptonite), and then eventually Luxilon Big Banger Ace 18.

I'll let you know how it goes.

I like Klip K-Boom as an alternative to ALU power....very similar , but cheaper and holds tension better....slightly less power maybe?

I like Hurricane 17 too, and am testing Hurricane 18....quite promising, but havne't found the right tension yet.

Trying Big Banger Ace 18 and Signum Plasma 17 and 18 (Laserfibre Kryptonite) in the near future as well....and then that 's IT for polys!!!

once I settle on that (which poly mains to use), I'm gonna decide on crosses. So far Klip Gut (tried it as a cross with Klip K-Boom mains) has been by far the best for crosses, but for the sake of budget and comparison, I'm using only Gosen OG Sheep micro 17 as crosses with every poly I test from here on out. I've had people tell me to stick to this string for crosses as it is so much more cost effective than gut crosses, and will retain most of the benefits (and also is harder to "saw" through). I'm hoping this is true, as I' love to use a 2$ piece of string as a cross instead of a 15$ piece of string, but I'm gonna have to try myself....probably will compare the Gosen, Klip gut, and a nice multi like X-One Biphase as a happy medium. I'm pulling for the Signum to win out as my mains, and the Gosen as my crosses, as this will be the cheapest combo.

Pro Hurricane here. I was very impressed, much softer than the previous poly i was using. Unfortunately, I don't know where Hurricane ranks in terms of feel...

Tried numbers 1,2,3,6, Competition, Ace, Polylon series, Polygut, Monogut, Enduro Tour, Professional, and Signum Pro Poly/Krypto, mostly in hybrids. My problem is that once the strings lose tension, I begin to lose control of the ball. Find using multifilaments as a waste. Prince Premier gone in one day, NXT, Excel, gone in 2 to 3 days, Phenom is the best lasting about a week. Use 3 NCode six-one and run side by side comparison. Latest was Alu, Touch Turbo, and Krypto. Considering cost, playability, and power, prefer Krypto followed by Alu. If Alu lasted more than 10 days, then it would be at the top of the list.

I would have to choose Pro Hurricane 17. I just put that stuff in my LM Prestige Mp with some NXT Tour 16 in the crosses. I love the feel.

-BB Alu Power
-BB Orignal
-Babolat Polymono
-Babolat Hurricane

I think they are all great strings for Stringbreakers,hardhitters,Baseliners...

When my Luxilon time is over(i think on the money) then i would go back to the polymono, great for spin - but i think nothing reached the alu at this time, for me its the best poly out there..

I tried the Signum Pro Poly 17g in a hybrid with OG Micro 16g crosses in a customized HH 6.3 OS and it felt good. Softer than ALU Power, of course, but not springy like Touch Tubo. Definitely worth a try.
