Default Thinking of sending in shoes to nike...

Alright, so I'm pretty sure that my cage I's fit the requirements to be replaced under the 6 month guarantee. This will be my first time using the guarantee system. After I call them and get the case number, what do I do. Do I have to send them back in the original box. And how long does it take from me shipping the shoes to nike for me to get the voucher in the mail.

Thanks!

They had my voucher to me within one week, but I'm not much more than 100 miles away from nike headquarters. They should give you all the directions in the phone call, and if you don't get the info the first time you can just call again.

I live in arizona, and the plant is in Portland,Oregon, I had my voucher within a week and half. I've sent shoes in three times and everytime, a $135 voucher sits there waiting for me.

I live on the east coast, so it would probably take a bit longer than what you guys have experienced. Thanks for your replies!

you should maybe post pics of your shoes and let some of the people who've had experience with the warranty system help you determine if your shoes will be replaced. it would suck to send them in and not get anything back.

With Nike my experience is if they are worn to the insole (the foam part) then it's good to go.

So, what do you guys think? Will they accept these as worn through, or not yet. If not, I have until december 15 to get to the point where they will consider them as worn down.

I say no, here are some pics of what needs to be shown (the foam part) in what I've been told just atleast one of the shoes (you could be safe and have both shoes showing).

Edit: actually it looks like your the right shoe in the picture is showing it, so I'd change to yes. (Post 12, Pic 1)

if you're not sure if it's worn out enough, take your shoes, and rub them vigorously on the court until you're satisfied. you might feel dirty for doing this, but you'll get a new pair of shoes.

It is enough to send in to Nike.

I have gotten away with less haha. Just the white part showing, no foam. But that might be because I had Breathe Free IIs. The whole outer sole was blue.
