Suggestions for new board

This new board is great! In the future, with the search feature, it is going to be a goldmine of information.

My suggestions:
They need to enable the avatar feature which will allow us to put an image below our username. Maybe we can submit our own choices or better yet upload our own custom one.

I wish there was an area to put our player profile in our user profile so others can get a better idea of who people are. Like listing your NTRP level, age, height, weight, how many times you play a week, how long have you played, what kind of equipment you use. I put mine in the Interests box. This would help to create and individual presence in an online community.

Of course if you want to start a post about women's butts, you can create an anonymous alter ego username!

You can put a player profile (or anything for that matter) in your signature. I do agree a seperate section for this would be a nice addition, assuming people would post accurate info.

I don't know if it's just my browser, but the default width for the message field necessitates that I scroll to see the entire message. That's odd, because that hasn't been the case on any other BB of this style I've visited.

Does this happen for anybody else, here?

I'll look into tweaking my settings, in the meantime.

It would also be easier to recognize the poster by their picture with just a glance instead of sort of looking for the username like I do now.

Also, how bout different skin options?

What resolution is your monitor set at? What size monitor do you have? I have a 17" CRT monitor running at 800x600 at work and it fits the screen nicely. At home I run a much higher resolution so it fits no problem. Anything smaller than 17" CRT monitor would definately be too small to fit this page, a 15" LCD should be ok. The forum isn't much wider than the TW index page.
