Muscle. I'm your age too and I have not an ounce of fat on me, but I've got really good abs. Muscle weighs more than fat, remember, so do more stuff with your own body weight than like, weight lifting.

Don't worry about it much unless you are excessively skinny or very weak. Weight lifting is not recommended for people of younger ages as it may interfere with growth in height.
