Hey B A Y, if you're reading this, the Adidas Outlet at World Wear Centre on Beyers Naude (close to Cresta), has a pair of each of these for R800: The Barricade 6, The Barricade 6 Murray and the Barricade Team. It appears they have many sizes.

Picked up a Fed Victory Jacket (Obsidian -Fall 2010?) for $29 at Marshall's the other day. I am so glad that my Marshall's has decided to stock at least some tennis stuff!

Best deals I've managed recently on new gear is the '11 AO Nadal jacket for $40 and the '11 AO Fearless Fuego crew for $20. If I really want something I'll get it regardless, but always feels best with 60% off when they have your sizes. I trust very few internet stores though (TW is the best), and have never used the big auction site - lot of fakes out there.

just picked up the complete 2011 Nadal masters and Federer masters outfits (including shoes) as well as several other 2011 winter nike stuff and the TW Exclusive black/orange 3.3s at the nike employee store in portland oregon for 50% off everything... as well as tons of other non-tennis stuff... I love it

I also managed to pick up the 11 AO Fearless Fuego Crew, did you find that it ran a little larger? I normally wear a size medium but fit into a small with this crew

Are they good for tennis? Notice the bigger than usual heel pad.

They will wear fast. Teammate used his Adidas Stabil squash shoes for tennis, wore like butter, unusable for squash.

I don't expect 30usd shoes to last me a year (but sometimes they do). As long as they're good in term of support, comfort, and I can always find them new and cheap. I like new looks!

Those soles are made for indoor hardwood courts, not outdoor asphalt courts, which chew up outsoles like there's no tomorrow. I'd be surprised if those shoes lasted more than a couple of weeks.

I shat a brick when I found the Rafa US Open 2010 (Lime/Black) Jacket in my size for 19.99 at TJ Maxx. I ran to the cashier with a stupid smile on my face! The same store also had the black crew he wore then, but in a size small, for 24.99, and a black/varsity purple/vibra blue N98 Jacket for 29.99. I didn't get either of them.
