Get orthotics custom fit to your feet by a Podiatrist. They'll instert into any shoe and your feet will thank you for it.

I have flat feet also. I use Nike Air Max Breathe Cage II or Air Max Breathe Free II for leagues and tournaments. I also use the Nike Air Max CourtBallistec 1.3 for practice.

B5 works fine on my pretty flat feet....you feel a bit during break-in, maybe first a few sessions (like most new shoes anyway), then all is good. I'm on my 3rd pair and just love these shoes.

May i ask why you prefer both the Breathe cage 2's and Breathe free 2's over the CB's 1.3?

I have super flat feet. I wear Cage II's.

Good, stable shoe. The arch isn't too high. Good fit out of the box.

Before the Cages, I used to wear the Breathe Free II's.

IHMO - the Barricades arches are too high. When I tried them on, the front of my foot didn't even touch the sole of the shoe. Sure you can break them down as an earlier poster said, but why go through that pain?

My CB1.3s are so comfortable they make me a little lazy. Much more cushioning that I even notice it when I do my warmup jog. I get a quicker response in my BCIIs and BFIIs.

I have very flat feet and the B5 felt like the arch was waaaay too high.

i have flat feet and i have found that getting insoles (probably around $30) are the best remedy for them.
